I hereby (hereinafter, the “personal data subject”), pursuant to Part 1 of Article 18 of Federal Law No. 38-FZ “On Advertising” of 13.03.2006 and Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” of 27.07.2006, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, and confirming my legal capacity, by providing information about myself, give my consent to INDIVIDUAL ENTREPRENEUR LEONID MIKHAILOVICH SHEVARENKOV, Taxpayer ID (INN) 524900756570, OGRNIP 314524908700038 (GUEST HOUSE “CHEMALSKOE PODVORYE”, registry entry number С042025003060), address: 37 Pchelkina St., Chemal, Altai Republic (hereinafter, the Operator), who owns the website https://chemalskoe-podvorie.ru/ (hereinafter, the “Website”), to process my personal data for the following PURPOSES:

informing me, sending me marketing and information messages about events, products and services provided by the Operator, and responding to my enquiries submitted through the feedback form on the Operator’s website (if available).

I give my consent to:
a) receiving marketing and information messages by the following means:
● SMS messages;
● e-mail;
● telecommunication networks, including telephone, fax and mobile radiotelephone communications;
● messages in social networks (VKontakte and the MAX, WhatsApp, Telegram and Viber messengers).

b) processing of the following personal data for the purpose of marketing messages:
• last name, first name, patronymic;
• e-mail address;
• contact phone numbers that I provided when submitting a Request on the Operator’s Website https://chemalskoe-podvorie.ru/ in order to receive information about the Operator’s services;
• information about the browser used;
• information about link clicks in e-mails;
• location information;
• information about the IP addresses from which I open e-mails, and other personal data obtained with my consent.

2. I confirm that the personal data I have provided is accurate, up to date and reliable, and I undertake to inform the Operator of any changes to my personal data in a timely manner by e-mail: order@chemalskoe-podvorie.ru, or in writing to: 37 Pchelkina St., Chemal, Altai Republic.

I hereby guarantee that the phone number and e-mail address I provided when submitting a request on the Website belong to me. If I stop using the phone number or e-mail address provided on the Website, I undertake to inform the Operator. If I provide on the Website a phone number and/or e-mail address belonging to a third party, I guarantee that I have obtained that third party’s consent to receive marketing messages from the Operator in accordance with this Consent.

3. This consent is given to the processing of personal data both with and without the use of automation tools, namely when placing an order on the Website, when filling in various electronic forms (including reviews), and when the Operator provides services. I guarantee that my personal data is accurate and belongs to me.

4. The personal data is not publicly available, and it is not special-category or biometric personal data.

5. I hereby acknowledge and confirm that, where necessary, the Operator may provide my personal data to third parties for the purposes of technical support, sending marketing and other information messages, and (in anonymised form) for marketing, statistical and other research purposes. Such third parties are entitled to process the personal data on the basis of this consent. The Operator may choose the companies that send the messages without additional approval. I consent to the Operator transferring (providing, granting access to) the personal data specified above to the following legal entity acting on behalf of the Operator: TRAVEL LINE SYSTEMS LLC, INN 1215180595, OGRN 1141215003214, registered address: 112 Komsomolskaya St., Yoshkar-Ola, Mari El Republic, 424031, for the purposes of automating business processes and centralised storage and management of the Operator’s data, as well as performing the following actions (operations) with such data: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, blocking, deletion and destruction.

6. I undertake not to use other people’s personal data and to compensate the Operator for any damage and losses (including those related to administrative or other liability imposed on the Operator) arising from my use of other people’s personal data.

8. Marketing messages are sent and personal data is processed until the personal data subject unsubscribes by clicking the special “Unsubscribe” link in the messages or by sending a corresponding request to order@chemalskoe-podvorie.ru

9. The personal data subject or their representative may also withdraw this consent by sending a written notice to the Operator at its address: 37 Pchelkina St., Chemal, Altai Republic.

10. This consent takes effect from the moment it is given by ticking the checkbox on the Operator’s Website. The consent remains valid until the processing of personal data is terminated as described in clauses 8 and 9 of this Consent, until the purposes of personal data processing are achieved, until the termination of the activities of Individual Entrepreneur L. M. Shevarenkov, or until the expiry of the personal data retention period established by law, contract or the data subject’s consent — whichever occurs first.

11. If the personal data subject or their representative withdraws the Consent, the Operator may continue processing without the data subject’s permission where there are grounds for doing so under Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.

12. I understand that ticking the box to the left of the phrase “I consent to receive marketing and information messages” on the Website constitutes my written consent to the provisions contained herein.
