1. Last name, first name, patronymic.
2. Phone number, e-mail address.
3. Bank account number.
4. Bank card number.
5. Date and time of arrival and departure.
6. IP address of the website user.
7. Cookies (unique browser identifier).
8. Information about the device used (smartphone, PC).
9. Browser and its version.
10. Operating system and its version.
11. Screen resolution.
12. Behaviour on the website: time of visit, page depth, link clicks, clicks, page scrolling, and the search phrases that brought the visitor to the website.
13. Geolocation: approximate geographic location (determined from the IP address).
14. Page URL.
15. Page referrer.
16. Page title.
17. Webvisor (Yandex Metrica session replay) data: mouse movements, keystrokes, data entered into forms.

To achieve the above purposes, the Operator may perform any action (operation) or set of actions (operations), with or without the use of automation tools, with the personal data specified above, including collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data.

I consent to the Operator transferring (providing, granting access to) the personal data specified above to the following legal entity acting on behalf of the Operator: TRAVEL LINE SYSTEMS LLC, INN 1215180595, OGRN 1141215003214, registered address: 112 Komsomolskaya St., Yoshkar-Ola, Mari El Republic, 424031, for the purposes of automating business processes and centralised storage and management of the Operator’s data, as well as performing the following actions (operations) with such data: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), blocking, deletion and destruction.

I confirm that the personal data I have provided is accurate, up to date and reliable, and I undertake to inform the Operator of any changes to my personal data in a timely manner by e-mail: order@chemalskoe-podvorie.ru, or in writing to: 37 Pchelkina St., Chemal, Altai Republic.

This consent takes effect from the moment it is given by ticking the checkbox on the Operator’s Website.

This consent is valid until the purposes of personal data processing are achieved, until the termination of the activities of Individual Entrepreneur L. M. Shevarenkov, until the expiry of the personal data retention period established by law, contract or the data subject’s consent, or until the data subject withdraws the consent to the processing of their personal data subject to the conditions established by the Personal Data Law — whichever occurs first.

In accordance with Part 2 of Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” of 27 July 2006, I reserve the right to withdraw this consent by sending a withdrawal notice by e-mail: order@chemalskoe-podvorie.ru, or in writing to: 37 Pchelkina St., Chemal, Altai Republic.

I have been informed that, if I withdraw my consent to the processing of personal data, the Operator may continue processing personal data without consent where there are grounds for doing so under Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” of 27 July 2006.

I understand that ticking the box to the left of the phrase “I consent to the processing of personal data” on the Website constitutes my written consent to the provisions contained in this consent.
